The Style Lab at 5508 accepts qualifying returns when the requirements and timeframe described below are met.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date it is delivered.
RETURN CONDITION
To qualify for a return, merchandise should generally be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags where applicable
• Returned with original packaging where reasonably applicable
• Free of stains, odors, cosmetic marks, customer-caused damage, or other signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated by The Style Lab at 5508 or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@thestylelabat5508.com as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs or additional details to review the issue.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time before a refunded amount appears on your account.
EXCHANGES

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
